1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) included in the original package must be returned.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) must be provided.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement.
3. Return Shipping Fee
- If the return is due to a product defect, damage during transit, or wrong item sent by WATT-A-GADGET, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to return the product to our warehouse.
4. Refund Process & Timeframe
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
- We will send the refund via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) or bank transfer, depending on your preferred method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
